Introduction
Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA (G. L. Wiki Wickramarathna) is a government registered realtor.
General Information
- A legally allowed commission of 3% (Three Percent) of the total amount of a sale of any property (House, Apartment, Condo, Flat, Bare Land, Land with any Building, Commercial Building, Hotel etc hereafter mentioneds as 'Property') is charged on the full amount of the said 'Property' the owner receives from the buyer.
- When the sales agreement between 'Property' owner & a buyer is signed & the said 'Property' owner receives the full amount of the sale in Cash or Bank Remitance, the commission amount of 3% (Three Percent) should be banked fully & not in parts to Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA designated Bank Account Holder's Name & Bank Account Number on the same day or a minimum of 3 working days except on a Bank Holiday without fail.
- If by any chance the buyer & seller agrees on a part or a split payment of the said 'Property' with or without a legal agreement with regards to the said part or split payment, Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA should be notified within 24 hours in any manner which includes Writing a Letter sent through Registered Post, a Message via Social Media platforms such as Whatap, Messenger, a Short Messaging Service (SMS), a Telephone Call which will be legally recorded by the receiver or Email with regards to this part or split payment through the Seller him/her self and not through any agent of his/her's and or only through the seller's designated lawyer with regards to this particular 'Property' sale only to G.L Wiki Wickramarathna direct or to Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA designated lawyer.
- The Seller of a 'Property' should provide clear & quality photos from many angles as possible with the Entrance & the Access Road showing, which will be determined by Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA, if it is suited for upload on Sri Lanka Realtors website, which would encourage Buyers to get interested in the 'Property'.
- The Seller of a 'Property' should provide the Location Map & Block Plan before uploading the 'Property' on Sri Lanka Realtors by WWA.
- The Seller of a 'Property' should provide a 'Photocopy of the complete Deed' of the said 'Property' whenever an intended Buyer requires it.
